My journey with jewellery began in 2019 while studying Psychology at university. In the midst of deadlines and exams, I found myself searching for a creative outlet – something to ease the pressure and allow me to step away from the stress of daily life. Jewellery-making quickly became that space for me: a practice where my hands could focus, my mind could rest, and my creativity could flow freely. After graduating, I continued to explore this newfound passion, launching Milly Silver Studio as a side project. What started as a creative escape soon became a calling. As my designs and business grew, I felt it was time for a new chapter – and so Milly Silver Studio has evolved into Emily Dore Jewellery, a name that reflects both my craft and my personal journey as a maker. My background in psychology gave me the confidence to take a leap into something entirely new, and I haven’t looked back.
